To prove my theory that you can easily find a house in Thailand,
I went around with my motorbike for about four hours and found
about 15 objects that looked promising. You can do the same thing near any other tourist center in Thailand, e.g. Pattaya, Phuket, Samui.
Double House for 5000,- Baht per side
Wood Style also 5000,- Baht per Month
Within a small residential facility: 6000,- per month
Another residential facility: 5000,- per month
Unit style under Australian management, all with high speed internet from 5500,- to 8000,-Baht
The Swiss owner of this unlit style wanted about 8000,- per month. Maybe a little too much but partially furnished and brand new.
The typical Thai House, bungalow style, from 5000,- Baht per month:
Small house with air con but not so nice surroundings. 5000,- per month
Specially for retirees under Italian management, from 13000,- per month
Bungalow style 6000,-/month with air con:
If you like wood, this was available for 12000,- per month
